  • If we decide to cancel, is the deposit refundable?

Yes, as long as it is cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the start of your scheduled booking. This applies to winter weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather, where Environment Canada has issued a WEATHER WARNING that recommends against travel, a booking can be cancelled and the deposit will be kept on file to be used on a later date.

  • If I'm locked in, what happens if I have to go to the washroom?

Our facility has washrooms, but not in the rooms. The door you entered through remains unlocked to be used for both washroom breaks and in the unlikely case of emergency

  • What if we don't escape, are we still locked in?

No. You will always be let out of the room at the end of the 60 minutes.

  • Can I bring my children?

Children are allowed and encouraged, however, the clues and puzzles are more advanced and can be challenging for children under 12. We are happy to provide extra clues to groups of children to ensure that they still have a fun experience, despite puzzle difficulty. Children 5 and under are free with the minimum number of paid admissions for the room.

  • Is the experience scary?

No, most of our rooms are not intended to be scary. However, in order to create a more engaging experience for our guests, we have added some props meant to induce a feeling of adrenaline and excitement. (Please note The Mavis House and Spaceship are exceptions; these two rooms have been designed to be scary.)

  • Will I feel claustrophobic inside the room?

All of our rooms are quite large and all have a safety door that remains unlocked

  • Where can I park?

There is plenty of FREE parking in our plaza!

  • Can I stop by to book an appointment or see if there is a spot right away?

It is recommended that you book an appointment ahead of time as we can not guarantee a room will be available if you drop in. That being said, drop in's are welcome!

  • How early should we arrive?

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

  • Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our facility as well as 3 of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. The 3 rooms are Death Row, Insane Asylum and Nuclear Meltdown

  • For the room we booked, the website specifies that only a certain number of people can be in a room. Can we fit in just one more?

For any of our rooms, you can always physically fit "just one more person", but please keep in mind that the more people you put in a room, the less there is for each individual to do, thus really taking away from the overall game experience. We have max numbers for a reason and suggest you stick with them. With that being said, we will leave the decision up to you.

  • I want to book a room, but I don’t have the minimum amount of people required for the room I want to do. Can I do the room with less than the minimum?

Yes. You can do any of our rooms with less than the minimum amount, however, you are still required to pay for the room’s minimum occupant requirement. What this means is that a room that requires at least 4 people will cost at a minimum $80 even if you decide to attempt it with 3 or less.
